Use Essential Oils and Herbs in a Sitz Bath for Hemorrhoid Relief

0r, you can freeze witch hazel into small ice cube, then wrap them with cheesecloth and press them hostile to your hemorrhoids for 10-15 minutes every hour. This will reduce the pain and puffiness of your hemorrhoids.

If you have ever had hemorrhoids pain you know how uncomfortable hemorrhoids are and how trying being paid hemorrhoid relief can be. There are many different types of sitz baths that can be used as a hemorrhoids home remedy to treat hemorrhoid symptoms. These sitz baths are not only easily available but also very low-priced. Many local drug stores and pharmacies sell them. But if you don’t have one, there’s no need to rush out and buy one, so just read on.

But which sitz bath salt should you use to treat your hemorrhoids? The most common type of bath salts are Epsom salts, herbal salts and even baking soda. None of these are trying to get – still it is not compulsory that you check with your doctor to see which bath salt can work best for you.
