The simplest way to use sitz remedies is by using a portable tub. These are made to sit inside a toilet bowel which is the right height for your sitz bath. But, if you don’t have a portable tub you don’t need to buy one because you can always get by with your bath tub. Fill your tub with warm water and add bath salts for your hemorrhoid behavior option.

Warm water is not compulsory because it helps soothe your hemorrhoids. Very hot water will doubtless irritate your hemorrhoids and cause you to scratch. Always be sure to follow any instructions that come with your sitz bath and question your doctor if you have any questions.
